Sales Manager – Shipping Division

Location: New Delhi, India

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the customer base in the shipping and logistics sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor shipping solutions that meet client needs and deliver value.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to potential clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Apextar Group’s shipping services and expand the company’s network.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the shipping and logistics market, including regulations, trends, and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
