Manager Sales - Life Sciences Division
Location: Fazilka, Punjab
Job Summary
As a Manager Sales for our Lifesciences Division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve targets. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and enhancing our reputation in the life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the Lifesciences Division.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress and market dynamics.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Apextar Group and promote our Lifesciences products and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Lifesciences, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the life sciences market and customer needs in the region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
